Staying Healthy While Selling A Home

We are living in amazing times.  Sellers and buyers want to know how the industry is adjusting to Covid-19.  Windermere Community Realty has adapted to help you sell or buy a home.  Open houses cannot, at present, be conducted. However, safety measures are in place to continue to show a home.  These measures include: virtual home tours, floor plans, viewings by appointment; masks, gloves, footies and hand sanitizer availability and no more than two persons per viewing.  I also ask buyers to avoid touching any surface. These precautions help us stay healthy, and sell the home.
